Emotional & Professional support for staff
I offer one-to-one and group-based emotional wellbeing support for staff members, helping them identify and move through personal or professional blocks that may be affecting their performance or focus in the workplace. These can range from personal stress and overwhelm to low confidence or communication struggles.
Using practical tools and mindset strategies, I help staff reconnect with their sense of purpose and equip them with the confidence to manage their roles more effectively.
In room support & creative development
I work hands-on within nursery rooms, observing how staff interact with children and deliver EYFS learning. From there, I guide and model ways to elevate everyday activities into creative, inspiring learning experiences that foster curiosity, engagement, and joy in children.
I also train staff to embed emotional intelligence and lifelong learning skills into their sessions—helping children develop a sense of belonging, significance, and resilience.
Building children's wellbeing through play
I teach creative techniques for:
